Heather Heyer was killed at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virgina, in 2017. Her mother, Susan Bro, talks to CNN's John Berman after a jury awarded more than $26 million in damages after finding the White nationalists who organized the rally were liable on a state conspiracy claim and other claims.
